The Llanera Barit Eagles Club (LBEC) held a special meeting last April 11, from 5 to 9 PM, to discuss upcoming events and other club matters. The meeting was led by the club president, Eagle Aldwin Eric Tan, and was attended by several club members.
The agenda for the meeting included a General Membership Meeting (GMM), a motor ride to Baler, and an aspirant orientation. Members were encouraged to attend the GMM, which will be held on April 15, to discuss club updates and plans for the coming months. The motor ride to Baler, which is scheduled also on the sane date, will be a fun and exciting way for members to bond and explore the beauty of the town.
During the meeting, Eagle Aldwin Eric Tan discussed the importance of maintaining the club's values and mission, which includes promoting camaraderie, brotherhood, and community involvement. He also emphasized the need for members to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during club events and activities.
The aspirant orientation was also a significant topic of discussion during the meeting. Members were reminded to be welcoming and supportive of new aspirants, and to ensure that they are properly guided and mentored throughout the process of becoming a full-fledged member of the club.
