A new era of leadership begins for The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles (TFOE-PE) in Central Luzon Region 25, as Alwin Eric Tan takes the helm as Regional Governor, alongside Dominador Orpilla, who now serves as Vice Governor. The announcement marks a promising chapter for the region’s dynamic and growing network of civic-minded men, united by the Eagles’ core values of Service through Strong Brotherhood.
Alwin Eric Tan, a proud native of San Jose, Nueva Ecija, and a successful businessman, brings a wealth of experience and passion to his new role. Prior to his appointment, Tan faithfully served as President of Llanera Barit Eagles Club (LBEC) for two years, where he initiated notable projects such as the Eagles Landmark of Llanera, leaving a legacy of progress and unity. Known for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to community development, Tan is expected to lead Region 25 with renewed purpose and direction.
Joining him in leadership is Dominador Orpilla, an esteemed educator and principal under the Department of Education in the Science City of Muñoz Division. With a strong background in academic leadership and civic engagement, Orpilla brings both structure and heart to the Eagles' cause. He also served as a two-term president of the Munozonian Barit Eagles Club (MBEC), where he championed educational outreach and youth development programs.
Now serving under National President Roland Delo Santos, the 2025 national leadership of the TFOE-PE is poised to elevate the organization's impact across the country. Tan and Orpilla’s appointments are seen as a significant boost to Central Luzon Region 25’s mission to strengthen brotherhood, serve the community, and inspire the next generation of Eagles.
As they assume their posts, the region looks forward to a future shaped by their dedication, values, and shared commitment to service above self - a true embodiment of what it means to soar as an Eagle.
